Jason Tuo is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in AI, risk modeling, analytics, capital management, Basel compliance, stress testing, and risk appetite frameworks. As the Global Head of AI Governance at Barclays, Jason leads the strategic design and implementation of the firm’s enterprise-wide AI Framework. He oversees the full lifecycle of AI use, from development and deployment including third-party integrations, ensuring alignment with emerging regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Prior to joining Barclays, Jason led the AI Risk team at EY, advising clients across the Americas and Asia-Pacific on AI governance, model risk, and regulatory compliance.
