- Alexis "Lexi" Bliek is the Global Head of Risk, Security & Compliance GTM where she leads the strategy and market positioning of ServiceNow’s Risk, Security, and Compliance portfolio across the Financial Services sector. In this role, she focuses on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy, providing subject matter expertise to clients and ServiceNow’s financial services ecosystem, and driving strategic partnerships to co-deliver transformative solutions. Prior to ServiceNow, Lexi served as Vice President of Risk Product & Operational Support at Discover Financial Services, where she led risk product enhancements, regulatory compliance strategies, and the enterprise-wide integration of governance frameworks into modern technology solutions. She also directed the migration of critical risk and compliance programs to the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform and helped launch innovative financial products, including Cashback Debit and IRA Savings Deposit. Lexi holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Iowa State University. She is a Certified GRC Professional (GRCP) and Lean Six Sigma certified.
