- Sanjay Arora brings more than 30 years of global capital markets experience, spanning the United States , Middle East and India. He currently leads Institutional Fixed Income Capital Markets at Raymond James Financial (NYSE: RJF) in New York, where he partners with institutional clients to structure and execute fixed income strategies designed to deliver durable, risk-adjusted outcomes. Mr. Arora began his career advising banks and insurance companies at PwC ( PriceWaterhouse) in Bahrain. He subsequently managed multi-currency investment portfolios, launched a retail financial services franchise in Saudi Arabia, and led complex investment initiatives across diverse market cycles and geographies. His experience reflects a disciplined approach to capital allocation, strategic growth, and institutional leadership. Sanjay also served as Board Member, CFA Society New York, contributing to governance, professional standards, and industry advancement Mr. Arora is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and CFA Charterholder.
