- Sujatha Srinivasanis a principal and the Global Head of Investment Management & Finance Riskwithin the Global Risk and Security division. She is responsible for providing independent oversight and strategic guidance on investment and operational risks. Her expertise ensures that investment outcomes are meticulously aligned with both fund objectives and investor expectations. Additionally, Sujatha plays a pivotal role in embedding robust risk management practices into the financial operations of the organization. Before assuming her current position, Sujatha wasChief Risk Officer for Vanguard’s Workplace Solutions group. There, she led the risk management initiatives for employers providing company-sponsored retirement plans and for institutions such as endowments and foundations, focusing on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. Sujatha joined Vanguard from Stripe, where she managed Partnerships Risk. She also brings two decades of experience from Goldman Sachs, having held several key positions including Global Co-Head of Market Risk for the Global Markets division. Sujatha is an alumna of Swarthmore College, where she obtained a B.A. in Comparative Literature and served as a member of the board for 18 years. She is currently on the board of William Penn Charter School.
