- Mr. Wong joined Fortress Investments in 2023 and oversees portfolio risk management for FIG MMG. Mr. Wong has over 25 years of risk management leadership in the investment management industry. He was Head of Risk Management and Quantitative Trading at Gorham Convexity Strategy and separately held the role of Chief Risk Officer and Partner at Antecapio Investment Partners. From 2013 to 2018, he was Chief Risk Officer of Verition Fund Management, where he managed risk for all the fund’s strategies. He began his career at Bloomberg and separately at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, with roles as Senior Quantitative Analyst in Risk Management and later, as the firm’s Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Wong has a Ph.D. in Physics from The Pennsylvania State University.
