- Marcin Stawarz is a financial risk specialist in the Risk Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He helps design and implement financial risk management solutions for the Bank's domestic open market operations, the Discount Window lending facility, and international market Desk operations. Marcin started his career in finance as a Research Assistant at the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., where he worked on estimating and publishing the US Mortgage Debt Outstanding statistical release. His prior work experience includes stints on the trading desk at Freddie Mac and Salomon Smith Barney. Marcin holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Reed College and an MFA from Columbia University School of the Arts.
